    No, we take about 3 - 7 days to deliver depending on the location.

    We use various courier services depending on the location the item is being shipped to.

    Where's my package?
    You can get the latest information on your order from Track Your Order option on Redbell which includes tracking information.
    Your order will be updated with the tracking number and courier name as soon as it is shipped.

    How much time will it take for my item(s) to get delivered?
    We deliver your items within 7 working days from the date of your order.
    We use the fastest shipping method available to ship all products.

    Will all my products ship together?
    Your item(s) may be shipped from different locations and so you may receive them as separate consignments. 


    Return Information

    Redbell has worked hard to source quality educational and developmental toys for our customers. We are proud of our product range and are confident that our customers shall be pleased with their purchase(s). But in the event that a refund is requested, please read our policy below!

    Redbell DOES NOT MAKE ANY CASH REFUND(S)
    We only accept return of sold goods /merchandise, with manufacturing defects for return within 7 days of the date of receipt and after inspection and checking by Redbell team and the brand representatives, the refund is transferred to your STORE CREDIT ACCOUNT.

    • Only manufacturing defect products can be replaced by another order. Products returned must be unused and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions.

    • Products with manufacturing defects only must be reported to customerservice@redbell.com within 2 days of receipt of product. For the quicker processing, please call customer service at +91 11  42696677 to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

    • All items of the merchandise being returned should be packed securely (along with guarantee/warranty, instruction manual etc.) with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packing. Send the merchandise prepaid via Courier, Speed post, for your security, insured against loss in transit. Please be assured that we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return. Offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    • Returned goods/merchandise with manufacturing defects is subject to inspection and checking by Redbell team and the brand representatives. Once product condition is determined and if the claim is valid, refund will be transferred to your store credit account within 10 business days, which will be valid for utilization for 14 days from the date of transfer. Intimation by email will be sent to this effect on your provided email id.

    • Returned goods/merchandise for Replacement are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    • Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf.

    • Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and do not cover products intend for commercial use.

    • Redbell reserves the right to make a selection on the customer's behalf in order to expedite the shipping process if a particular colour or design of a product has not been included with the customer's order.

    * Non-returnable items include used batteries.

    FREIGHT DAMAGE
    If outer shipping carton is damaged:
    1. Retain all packing materials for freight company inspection,
    2. Report damage to your freight company agent First,
    3. Report damage to customerservice@redbell.com for further advice or instruction.


    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:
    1. Claim is not reported within 2 (two) days of receipt of order.
    2. Product is returned without obtaining Return Authorization from Redbell.
    3. Product is mishandled or improperly repackaged.
    4. Package is returned without original gift box.
    5. Package is ticketed or otherwise defaced.

    An 18% restocking fee may be assessed if packaging is not fully acceptable and the product returned is found to have no manufacturing defect.

    REFUSED DELIVERY
    Refused delivery will incur an 18% restocking fee. Restocking fee and all freight charges incurred will be deducted prior to release of refund transferred to your Store Credit Account /subsequent shipment.
