• How do I close my Redbell account?
We value your participation in the Redbell community and hope you'll contact us to address
any issues that may have prompted you to close an account. Once your account is closed, it
is no longer accessible by you or anyone else.
• Still want us to close your Redbell account?
First, please visit My Account and cancel any outstanding orders associated with the

Placing an order is quite simple really. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an

• Can I cancel my Order?
o You can cancel your order at any time prior to making payment. Sign-in into "Your Account" and click on "View Orders" link that shows you open orders. You can click on "Cancel order" next to your pending order.
• What if I am not satisfied with the Toys after the delivery?
o Redbell.com allows returns only if the product is defective/ damaged and returned to us in original packing within next 7 days of product delivery. Redbell does not offer cash refund. We transfer the refundable / pending amount to your store credit after the validation of your claim in next 7-14 working days.
• Can I cancel the order once placed?
o You cannot cancel an order once payment has been made. In summary, it is generally not possible to cancel the order once you have passed through the procedure of payment.
• Product Availability
o Products displayed on the portal are in-stock and ready to be delivered upon payment. In cases where we are out of stock, we will notify you and try to fulfil your order within 72 hours.
